The Evolution of "Z"

While I was teaching today, I sort of got hooked on the "Z."

I first taught the bare naked Z or its skeleton, if you will. Then I just started messing around with it wondering how I could change it. And by the end of the row, I went from being "okay" with it to "falling in love" with it.

You can see the evolution of the letterform. I just kept adding a little more of a touch to it, adding a little bit more of "me" to it.

Now I'm going to try to think of all kinds of words that start with Z!!!!
