Carolingian Variation with a pointed pen

In the yearlong class that I took called "26 Seeds, A Year to Grow," taught by Reggie Ezell, this is one of the workshop days' practice sheet. We were learning Carolingian. The letters in red are a variation of Carolingian done with a pointed pen. I loved it.
